In this section, we will learn how to cancel an order.
Step 1
On the KryptoPOS layout, tap on the item and add to your order list.
Step 2
Tap cancel on the bottom of the order list.
Step 3
Tap OK on the message prompt to confirm the cancellation.
Step 4
Enter your employee PIN for second confirmation.
Done! You have successfully cancelled the order.
