In this section, we will learn how to create and tag a customer to the open order.

How to create a customer

In order to create a new customer to your POS. You need to create a customer before adding any item to your order list.

Step 1

Tap Customers on the bottom of the layout.

Step 2

Tap + on the right top of the layout.

Step 3

Fill up the customer form.

Note: First Name, Mobile are required fields.

Step 4

Tap Add to confirm.

That’s it! You created your first customer on KryptoPOS.

How to add a customer to the open order

Now, you can start to add your first customer to the transaction.

Step 1

On the KryptoPOS layout, tap on the item and add to your order list.

Step 2

Tap Customers on the bottom of the layout.

Step 3

Tap on the customer icon that you wish to add to the open order.

Cool! You just added your customer to the transaction.
