In this section, we learn to apply item & bill discount to your open order.
We have two types of discount.
- Item Discount
- Bill Discount
How to Apply an Item Discount
Step 1
On the KryptoPOS layout, tap on the item and add to your order list.
Step 2
Tap the selected item on the order list.
Step 3
Tap Add Discount.
Step 4
Select either the $ icon for a fixed amount or the % icon for a percentage of discount, and then enter the amount.
If you already pre-defined the choose of discount from the back-office. You can tap Discount Type to select the discount from the drop-down list.
Step 5
Tap Done to confirm.
How to Apply a Bill Discount
Step 1
On the KryptoPOS layout, tap on the item and add to your order list.
Step 2
Tap the details on the order list.
Step 3
Tap edit on the discount.
Step 4
Select either the $ icon for a fixed amount or the % icon for a percentage of discount, and then enter the amount.
If you already pre-defined the choose of discount from the back-office. You can tap Discount Type to select the discount from the drop-down list.
Step 5
Tap Done to confirm.
