In this section, we learn to merge open order.

Step 1

On the KryptoPOS layout, tap on the Hold order button.

Step 2

Tap and hold the order icon. Drag it to the order you wishes to merge and release.

Step 3

Tap Yes on the prompted confirmation message on the POS app.

That’s it! You have merged the two open orders. You may proceed for the payment.

Step 4

Select the payment method that the customers wish to use.

Step 5

Confirm the tendered amount and tap on Pay Now.

Step 6

On the Payment Complete screen, tap on Print to print out a receipt/invoice or enter a valid email address to send an e-receipt to your customer.

Tap OK to return back to the order screen to proceed with your new order.
